As a Staff Security Engineer, you will ensure the secure operation of our user-facing application and cloud infrastructure. Initially, you will concentrate on security for our staking offering, including key management, infrastructure hardening, and compliance readiness. Over time, your responsibilities will expand to cover the full application and data analytics platform. In addition to hands-on implementation, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's long-term security vision.

Plan and coordinate IT security programs and policies. Manage and control changes to systems, assessing the security impact , as well as provide security testing for code changes/development. You'll also assist with creating, updating, and closing all Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), and developing security guidelines and processes for new and existing DEA networks.
Conduct comprehensive security assessment, penetration testing and vulnerability scanning of Web applications to identify potential security vulnerabilities and risk points. Provide professional security consulting and guidance during the product development lifecycle. Perform security audits on existing codes to discover and fix potential security defects. Participate in the construction and optimization of the company's security defense system. Participate in the response, analysis and processing of security incidents.
